Slinky is a suspension lamp made of mouth-blown glass, with a volume of organic, inspired by the popular toy of several generations – the metal spiral Slinky. The glass object has 14 cm x 65cm x 14cm dimensions.
Sasamat creative is a Studio based in Vancouver, which produces amazing things made of glass. The team-Robert Geyer and Rena Li Kuhrt have degrees from Tyler School of art in Philadelphia and Emily Carr University of art and design. The Kusnt of glassblowing has Sasamat Studio on a higher level the duo explores the possibilities for extraordinary interventions in the traditional use of materials for commercial products. It can be observed through the interplay of light, color and visual perception in purely sculptural forms such subtle appearances.
Project Crystal Wonderland is the other creation of Sasamat Creative Studio. The series includes table and pendant lamps, which take the shape of an icosahedron with the glass blowing. The inspiration came from a folded like origami paper sculpture. The glass is filled with neon and has 14 cm x 65 cm x 14 cm dimensions.
