If you want to surprise your guests one night doing a special dinner with elegant décor, sure you hit with the Italian style.
Colors: we must always match the colors from the tablecloth, dishes and centerpiece.
Decoration: a table centerpiece with fruits, vegetables, candles, vases, etc..
Cookware: we properly place the dishes, glasses and cutlery.
The Italian decor on the table is simple and delicate, so surprise your guests from the first moment you sit down to dinner.
Decoration on the table
The environment should be quiet and should convey freshness, for that we will always take into account the combination of colors and garnish with fresh foods such as vegetables.
To succeed, the best choice for the tablecloth is white or off-white, linen must also be like napkins. Thus, if we put flowers to decorate can put the color you want without fear. We can also place a centerpiece with fresh seasonal fruit or a combination of both, margaritas with apples for example. The white candles in candlesticks or small pots are always welcome in Italian style table.
The plates are arranged always putting one above another. First put a large shallow dish just as decoration on top of this one dish for dinner and over the latter a salad plate.
The silverware also have an order to follow, on the left side from top to bottom place a salad fork and a fork for the next course. On the right side from the outside to the inside start by a spoon, then a butter knife and finally a serrated knife.
At the top concerning post the covered dishes for dessert and coffee. The fork always under the spoon and opposite ends.
As for the glasses, we should always put one of water and one or two glasses of wine, depending on whether you are going to consume different types or not. These are placed on the right of the guests.
The napkins are rolled up and placed on the left side of the cutlery that matter.
Appetizer
To allow guests to whet your appetite before the main course arrives, we can offer a cheese biscuits, snack very Italian, so that they themselves will start smearing and taste the scrumptious dinner that has just begun.
We will always be prepared a bottle of water and wine to accompany us throughout the evening.
