This chair its name from its original form tulip is a classic organic design . It was designed by Finnish architect Eero Saarinen in 1956. It belongs to the collection of furniture Pedestal , its creator wanted stays clean legs , but the idea came from a project in common with Charles Eames, wherein the plastic would be used, but then this material could not stand the weight.
